COOL PARTNERSHIP ... iCents Group Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, VC Engineering Sdn Bhd, has entered into a contract agreement with Wuxi Yiding Zhizao Technology Co Ltd (WXYD), China, to collaborate on the development, marketing and delivery of prefabricated modular cooling systems and related thermal management solutions for data centre infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. UNDERWRITING DEAL ... Digital transformation solutions enabler SRKK AI Bhd on Wednesday signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd ahead of its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. TA Securities is the principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for SRKK AI’s IPO. The exercise entails a public issue of 64 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 13 million shares. 15-YEAR STRATEGY ... SkyWorld Development Bhd on Wednesday unveiled SkyWorld 2040, the group’s 15-year Long-Term Strategic Plan, which will guide its next phase of growth towards its Big Hairy Audacious Goal of becoming a Top 30 Property Developer in Southeast Asia by 2040. SkyWorld 2040 is structured into three consecutive five-year phases.
