UNDERWRITING DEAL ... End-to-end piping solutions provider ISF Group Bhd has entered into an underwriting agreement with Alliance Islamic Bank Bhd in conjunction with its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. The IPO entails a public issuance of 185.3 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 90 million existing shares. U MOBILE-IGB TIE-UP ... U Mobile will deploy its next-generation 5G In-Building Coverage across 20 of IGB Bhd’s landmark properties, including Mid Valley Megamall, The Gardens Mall and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, enabling tenants, shoppers and visitors to reap the benefits of 5G technology. The partnership will also see U Mobile provide 5G indoor access in these buildings to other telcos. HEADS OF AGREEMENT ... Tanco Holdings Bhd, through wholly owned subsidiary Tanco Builders Sdn Bhd, has entered into a heads of agreement (HOA) with CCCC Dredging Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd (CDSA), a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC). The HOA establishes the framework for consideration of CDSA’s appointment as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor for the sea port component of Tanco’s Smart AI Container Port in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembian. SAUCE FACTORY ... Otafuku Sauce Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Japan’s Otafuku Sauce Co Ltd and Sushi King Holdings Sdn Bhd on Wednesday celebrated the grand opening of its newly constructed halal-certified office and factory in Sendayan TechValley, Negeri Sembilan.
