Ting named best M’sian golfer for second year running

PROFESSIONAL golfer Mirabel Ting emerged as Maybank Championship’s best-performing Malaysian for a second consecutive year, and her first as a professional. The 19-year-old carded a one-over 73 in the final round today to finish T49 with a three under 285 total at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC), which included birdies on Holes Three, Five, 17 and 18, bogeys on Holes Six, 10 and 16 and a double bogey at the Ninth.
