Westlife heads to Malaysia in Jan 2027

P OP group Westlife has unveiled the Malaysian leg of its 25th anniversary celebrations – Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour. The concert in Kuala Lumpur will take place on Jan 14, 2027 at Unifi Arena. Kuala Lumpur will be the first stop of the band’s Southeast Asia 2027 tour, which will see Westlife deliver a euphoric, hit-filled set spanning its extraordinary 25-year career, from timeless ballads to global chart-toppers. The Southeast Asia 2027 leg includes shows in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong, spanning the month of January 2027. Westlife recently released Your Love Amazes Me on May 8, the latest track to be lifted from its forthcoming album 25 – The Ultimate Collection , a celebration of its record-breaking journey at the very top of global pop. Produced by Jamie Scott, Daniel Bryer and Martin Hannah (Niall Horan, One Direction, Tom Grennan) and built around heartfelt lyrics and the band’s signature harmonies, the pop ballad is an ode to the kind of love that brings clarity, hope and meaning, a timeless sentiment that has long defined Westlife’s global appeal. The tour begins in Seoul this month before travelling to Japan, North America and several Asian cities. Kuala Lumpur will be the final stop on its 2026 schedule. The concert follows the release of Boynextdoor’s first full-length album Home . The setlist is expected to include songs such as The Start and I Love You. Tickets are priced from RM398 to RM898. General ticket sales will begin on July 27. The group debuted in 2023 and marked its third anniversary on May 30.

MJ116 set for October show TAIWANE S E hip-hop trio MJ116 is set to bring its OGS Tour to Kuala Lumpur on Oct 2, its first large scale solo concert in Malaysia since its formation over 20 years ago. Themed “OGS” – short for the
