DOUBLE WINNER ... Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), the maintenance, repair and overhaul subsidiary of Capital A, was honoured with two prestigious accolades at the MAIA President’s Award 2026 held in Kuala Lumpur recently. DIGITAL ACADEMY LAUNCH ... The Ministry of Digital on Monday launched the Korea-Asean Digital Academy (Kada), with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) coordinating the programme’s implementation in Malaysia. Kada is a strategic collaboration between Malaysia and South Korea to develop future-ready AI talent through industry-aligned training programmes. UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT ... United Asiapac Energy Bhd, a provider of specialised well intervention solutions to Malaysia’s upstream oil and gas industry, has entered into an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd in conjunction with the company’s listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. United Asiapac Energy will undertake an initial public offering involving an issuance of 139.22 million new ordinary shares, with TA Securities underwriting 37.5 million issue Shares.
