CYBERSECURITY PARTNERSHIPS ... FSBM Holdings Bhd, through wholly owned subsidiary FSBM I-Design Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of agreement with Cydentiq Sdn Bhd and a key strategic partnership agreement with Skyderra Sdn Bhd to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities and accelerate the adoption of identity security solutions in Malaysia. BANK-DEVELOPER TIE-UP ... Affin Group on Wednesday formalised a strategic collaboration with KHK Land Bhd through a memorandum of understanding to deliver more customer-centric and lifestyle-driven financial solutions. KHK becomes the first property developer to partner with Affin for the Affin Flexi Save/-i Financing Solutions, providing homebuyers and investors with greater financing flexibility across selected developments. MARC OF HONOUR ... Malaysian Rating Corporation (MARC) on Tuesday honoured leading capital market performers and recognised outstanding sustainable finance achievements at the MARC Lead Managers’ League Table Awards 2025, at a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur. The annual awards recognise lead managers based on the volume and number of bond and sukuk issuances rated by MARC Ratings during the calendar year. ON COURSE FOR DELIVERY ... Orkim Bhd, a leading marine transport company in Malaysia, has announced the launch of its newbuild vessel, Orkim Jade , at the Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd shipyard in Fuzhou, China. With a carrying capacity of 14,500 deadweight tonnes, Orkim Jade forms part of the group’s ongoing fleet rejuvenation and expansion programme. Following the launch, Orkim Jade is on track for delivery as scheduled.
