Element Kuala Lumpur Trace Restaurant & Bar introduces a semi-buffet concept, blending the freedom of buffet dining with the precision of freshly cooked, made-to-order dishes, all set against breathtaking panoramic views from Level 40. This weekend dining experience combines 18 to 25 cooked-to-order mains with free-flow appetisers and desserts. Western highlights include grilled lamb slices with Sarawak pepper sauce, BBQ braised beef short ribs and pan-seared salmon with lemon cream sauce, while local

favourites feature wok-fried salted egg shrimp with curry leaves, steamed sea bass fillet, and sotong celup tepung with garlic chilli dip. Saturday dinner offers an elevated touch with baked gratinated oysters and spicy fried soft-shell crab with goma sesame dip, while groups of four dining that evening enjoy a complimentary seafood paella with lobster thermidor. Saturday dinner is priced at RM128 per adult and RM64 per child, while the Sunday brunch is priced at RM98 per adult and RM49 per child.

Canton Boy Canton Boy has introduced its Anak Malaysia Dim Sum menu, a permanent

line-up of six Malaysian-inspired dim sum creations priced from RM10.80 to RM12.80 per dish. The new, expanded menu features Peranakan beancurd roll, Muar otak-otak shumai, beef rendang spring roll, serai chicken skewers, bunga telang coconut bun and kam heong ham sui gok, combining Cantonese dim sum techniques with local flavours such as rendang, otak-otak, serai, bunga telang and Peranakan-inspired fillings. Available at Canton Boy outlets in the Klang Valley and Johor Bharu, the halal-certified menu offers a local twist on traditional dim sum through small bites designed for sharing.

S hangri-La Kuala Lumpur Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is offering a collection of handcrafted rice dumplings, crafted by the Shang Palace culinary team. Each dumpling balances premium ingredients and authentic flavours, with seven varieties of dumplings available. These are the abalone and scallop rice dumpling, the Cantonese-style rice dumpling, the ayam percik rice dumpling, the ikan bilis sambal rice dumpling, the Hokkien-style black-eyed bean and chicken rice dumpling, the Yunnan-style wild mushroom and truffle rice dumpling and the red bean alkaline rice dumpling. Delivery and self-pick-up are available until June 19, with prices starting from RM29 nett.

Purple Cane Tea Restaurant In conjunction with the restaurant’s 30th anniversary, Set Meals for Two Persons are available for lunches and dinners, in order to better appeal to paired diners. There are four set options that are available throughout every weekday from 11am to 9pm and it caters to diner duos during lunches and dinners. Priced affordably between RM39.90 to RM49.90, the four sets cater well for the vegetarian and non-vegetarian patrons of Purple Cane Tea.

Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel The Nusantara Indulgence Dinner Buffet at Cafe BLD is bringing a selection of Indonesian-inspired dishes that highlight the flavours of Bali through recipes by guest executive chef Wisnu Adiyatma from Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa. The buffet, available until June 30, features dishes such as rendang sapi, ikan bakar Jimbaran, ayam betutu, gulai daun singkong and kambing panggang Marangi, offering a mix of traditional flavours and contemporary presentation. Designed as a dining experience, it runs from 6.30pm to 10pm, priced at RM198 nett per adult and RM99 nett per child on Fridays and Saturdays, and

RM118 nett per adult and RM59 nett per child from Sunday to Thursday.

Sushi King The all-new Yakiniku menu features signature grill set meals starting from RM22.90, offering options such as beef kalbi, lamb shoulder and salmon sets for a value driven dining experience. For those looking for more premium choices, the menu includes wagyu and Angus striploin deluxe combo sets as well as unagi and tiger prawn signature grill sets starting from RM35.90 per set. Each meal is served with Japanese steamed rice, fresh greens, wakame soup, pickles and signature sauces, creating a complete yakiniku experience that blends variety, affordability and interactive grilling, designed for sharing and enjoying together.

R esorts World Genting Resorts World Genting’s selection of rice dumplings is available across multiple dining outlets throughout the resort. All rice dumplings featured in this promotion are made in-house by the resort’s culinary teams. Flavours include the Conpoy Bak Chang (RM50), Hokkien Bak Chang (RM19), Nyonya Bak Chang (RM19), Millet Rice Bak Chang (RM22) and Crystal Bak Chang (RM8). St Regis Kuala Lumpur The Botanist’s Study Afternoon Tea is a nature-inspired dining experience shaped around nine botanical landscapes from Kuala Lumpur’s Perdana Botanical Gardens, where each course reflects a different element of the park through flavour and design. It begins with Sunken Garden featuring heirloom tomato textures, followed by savoury dishes inspired by Perdana Lake, KL Bird Park, the Herbs and Herbarium Garden and Deer Park, with highlights including poached prawn, smoked duck croquette, herbs and beetroot. Shake Shack Malaysia Shake Shack Malaysia has introduced its limited-time Steakhouse Menu, featuring the Steakhouse Burger at RM32, a white cheddar cheeseburger topped with sauteed portobello mushrooms, crispy fried onions and horseradish peppercorn mayo. The menu also includes Steakhouse Fries at RM19, with crinkle-cut fries loaded with horseradish peppercorn mayo, applewood-smoked streaky beef and fresh scallions.
