MAIN MARKET TRANSFER ... Agmo Holdings Bhd, a homegrown artificial intelligence and digital solutions specialist, marked a significant milestone on Wednesday with its transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities. The transfer reflects Agmo’s established operating track record and positions the group to support a wider client base and higher value digital transformation mandates. UPSKILLING PROGRAMME ... The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), in collaboration with Shopee, has officially launched Nadi Usahawan @ Shopee, a six-month upskilling programme designed to help rural entrepreneurs build practical digital capabilities and unlock new income opportunities through e-commerce, affiliate marketing and Shopee Self-Collection Points. CLEANROOM LAUNCH ... iCents Group Holdings Bhd, a specialist in design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, qualification and validation of cleanrooms, and manufacture of cleanroom fixtures and related products, on April 17 marked the official launch of Maytech Cleanroom Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of iCents, at its facility in Mantin, Negeri Sembilan. POWERWELL TURNS 40 ... Powerwell Holdings Bhd, a homegrown power distribution specialist manufacturing low voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, marked its 40th anniversary with a celebratory event held on April 17. UZMA-BOUSTEAD PACT ... Uzma Bhd, through subsidiary Uzma Space and Defence Sdn Bhd, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Boustead Holdings Bhd to explore a strategic collaboration in satellite communications and geospatial intelligence. The collaboration reflects a shared intention to develop advanced capabilities in support of defence, security and related national applications.
