You can explore interactive elements including a Lotus Pond of Blessings, inviting visitors to make wishes for prosperity and good fortune. A traditional Chinese pavilion with a bridge completes the setting, offering a picturesque backdrop for festive photo moments. The atmosphere is further brought to life with high-pole acrobatic lion dance performances every Saturday and on Chinese New Year (CNY) day one and day two. You can also engage in festive sugar art workshops, Chinese calligraphy stamping workshops and visit the festive photobooth. LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre LaLaport BBCC welcomes CNY with Gallop into Fortune, transforming the mall into a festive space dressed with red lanterns, flowing water features and a striking golden horse centerpiece. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Inspired by the symbolism of strength, progress and fresh beginnings, the Year of the Fire Horse comes alive throughout Pavilion KL’s iconic spaces. The Centre Court has been transformed into the Prosperity Pavilion, featuring eight life-sized fibreglass horses galloping and charging forward, each adorned with specially-designed in-house floral patterns to usher in the Journey to Prosperity. The striking auspicious installation is further decorated with traditional motifs, elegant lanterns and vibrant red-and gold accents symbolising renewal and good fortune. This year’s celebration is elevated through an exclusive collaboration with Pop Mart, the globally acclaimed collectables brand. The Fountain and Main Entrance are transformed into enchanting festive landscapes featuring Pop Mart’s beloved characters set against traditional lanterns and auspicious red-and-gold elements.

Sungei Wang Plaza Themed “Sungei Wang Village: Street of Memories”, the campaign evokes the warmth of traditional village life, offering a refreshing festive experience for local and international visitors in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Upon entering the mall, you are welcomed by charming village-inspired decorations that transform every corner of Sungei Wang Plaza. Traditional lanterns, street-style elements and festive accents come together to recreate the familiar sights of a kampung New Year, evoking childhood memories and the simple joys of festive celebrations past. A key highlight this year is the collaboration with MinNature Malaysia, featuring intricate miniature scenes that depict cherished traditions such as reunion dinners, lantern craftsmanship and lion dance making – allowing visitors of all ages to rediscover cultural stories through fine details and immersive displays.
