The Canalys Forum APAC is one of the region’s most influential IT channel events, bringing together resellers, MSPs, systems integrators, distributors, and global technology vendors from across the Asia-Pacific region. Organised by Canalys, the leading global IT channel analyst firm (now under Omdia, part of Informa), the forum provides independent market intelligence, partner ecosystem insights, and high-level networking for the region’s most established ICT players. The Sustainability Partner of the Year Award – also known in some regions as a Candefero Sustainability Award – recognises channel partners demonstrating outstanding achievement in ESG integration, carbon reduction initiatives, lifecycle and circular-economy services, and sustainability-aligned customer solutions. Winners are selected based on clear ESG outcomes, credible climate commitments, and the ability to weave sustainability into their core business model rather than treating it as a standalone CSR effort. ICT Zone Asia Berhad managing director and CEO Tommy Lim Kok Kwang said: “We are truly honoured to receive this recognition at Canalys Forum APAC. For us, sustainability has never been a side initiative – it has shaped the way we think about technology, partnerships, and long term value creation from day one.” He added: “This award is a meaningful reminder that doing the right things consistently does get noticed. “It encourages us to push further – to design smarter lifecycle models, deepen our regional collaborations, and help more organisations transition into a low-carbon digital future. “We are proud to carry Malaysia’s name on this regional platform, and we remain committed to contributing positively to the broader APAC ecosystem.” ICT Zone’s recognition is a testament to its long-term

These sustainability-driven services have enabled ICT Zone’s clients across the public and private sectors to measure and meaningfully reduce their environmental footprint, while modernising their ICT infrastructure in a more responsible and cost-efficient way. Canalys’ recognition further strengthens ICT Zone’s position as a leading sustainable technology enabler in APAC, complementing its existing achievements in ESG excellence – including MyHIJAU certification, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management accreditation, and multiple national sustainability awards.
