GRAND LAUNCH ... Berjaya Land Bhd on Thursday launched Bayu Timur Residences, a RM398 million freehold, resort-style condominium in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Targeted for completion in early 2029, Bayu Timur Residences offers 518 units across four blocks on an eight-acre site, with a mix of low-rise and high-rise components. Built-ups range from 1,000 sq ft to 1,280 sq ft, with prices starting from RM500,000.
