I CONIC pop trio KRU is making a powerful return to the stage with GenKRU The Finale: One More Time, a large-scale concert set to take place at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Nov 22. Organised by Icon Entertainment, the show is expected to draw over 12,000 fans nationwide. With a fresh outdoor concept, the concert promises a different experience from previous instalments of the GenKRU series. Icon Entertainment founder Iman Tang said the idea came shortly after the success of five GenKRU shows, including one in Singapore. “The title ‘One More Time’ is also the name of a track from KRU’s latest album, Kaset , but it carries the meaning of giving fans one more chance. Bob Layton, man behind Iron Man comes to Kuala Lumpur

FOR the first time ever, Malaysian fans will welcome Marvel writer and artist Bob Layton, the man who redefined Iron Man and helped shape the DNA of today’s Marvel Cinematic Universe. Bob Layton Meet & Greet in Kuala Lumpur will take place from tomorrow until Sunday at Amcorp Mall, hosted by Collektr and supported by InkInk Collectibles. With over 6,500 comic credits across Marvel, DC and independent publishers, Layton stands among the most influential creators in the industry. His reinvention of Tony Stark in the late 1970s and 1980s transformed Iron Man from a niche character into a cultural icon. On Sunday, Layton will headline a live panel session open to all other ticket holders, alongside autograph opportunities and a headline auction of an exclusive, one-of-a-kind artwork: Iron Man battling Fin Fang Foom against the Kuala Lumpur skyline , illustrated by Layton in collaboration with Malaysian artists Ruby Ling and Emily Yim. Fans can select from three ticket tiers, each designed as a collectible experience in itself. Collektr is offering fans the chance to commission original artwork directly from Layton. Collectors can choose from seven distinct commission styles, from full-colour illustrations to dynamic black-and-white sketches. Each commission comes bundled with ticket access to the meet-and-greet event, allowing fans to collect their artwork in person while meeting Layton himself.

Layton is one of the most influential comic book creators of the modern era, best known for redefining Iron Man during Marvel’s Bronze Age.
