C olour analysis, often referred to as seasonal colour analysis, categorises individuals into four primary seasons – spring, summer, autumn and winter based on their skin undertones, eye colour and hair shade. Each season encompasses a range of colours that harmonise with the individual’s natural features. “ The goal is to identify colours that enhance your natural beauty, making you look vibrant and refreshed. It’s not about restricting choices but about under standing what works best for you,” Afiah explained. This method, rooted in colour theory, considers factors like undertone (warm, cool or neutral), contrast levels and overall
