SIGNED AND SEALED ... Woodside Energy Trading Singapore Pte Ltd and Petronas LNG Ltd, a subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Bhd, have finalised a fully termed sale and purchase agreement for the supply of 1 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Malaysia from 2028 for a period of 15 years. This milestone marks the successful conversion of the non-binding Heads of Agreement signed in June 2025 into a binding commitment, reinforcing the shared ambition of both companies to deepen cooperation across the LNG value chain. CARBON CAPTURE SOLUTION ... Honeywell and Petronas have entered into a collaboration to deliver a scalable, energy-efficient, and commercially viable carbon capture solution tailored for industrial needs. The collaboration combines Petronas’ Membrane Contactor (MBC) technology with Honeywell UOP’s Advanced Solvent Carbon Capture (ASCC) process to deliver a solvent-based, post combustion CO ą capture solution. DELIVERING CONSISTENT VALUE ... PMB Investment Bhd announced that both the PMB Shariah Premier Fund and PMB Shariah Equity Fund have declared annual distributions of 2 sen per unit for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2025 and Aug 30, 2025, respectively, underscoring PMB Investment’s commitment to consistent value creation for its investors. The PMB Shariah Premier Fund achieved an impressive 5.26% yield with a total gross distribution of RM4.85 million.
