ENERGY STORAGE DEAL ... Cape EMS Bhd, a leading Malaysia-based electronic manufacturing services solutions provider on Wednesday announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Sermatec Energy Technology Co Ltd, a BloombergNEF-certified Tier 1 global energy storage manufacturer. The partnership will localise battery energy storage solutions in Malaysia and establish long-term serviceability across Asean. REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ... Gamuda Land, the property development arm of Gamuda Bhd, has entered into a synergistic collaboration with Taylor’s Assets, the property investment and asset management arm of Taylor’s Education Group, to redevelop a prime 2.88-acre freehold commercial site in SS15, Subang Jaya. The project has an estimated gross development valueof RM500 million.
