UEM Sunrise Bhd’s flagship sustainability initiative, Sireh Park in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, has been officially recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) as the Largest Urban Community Green Recreational Park in Malaysia. NEXT-GEN BRANCHES ... Hong Leong Bank has unveiled the latest chapter in its ambitious branch transformation initiative with the unveiling of its next-generation branches. These include reimagined flagship branches in Old Klang Road, Cheras and Kota Damansara in the Klang Valley, alongside a renewed branch in Cheng, Malacca. The next-generation branches were officially launched by Hong Leong Financial Group president and CEO Tan Kong Khoon (centre). DOUBLE MILESTONES ... KIP Real Estate Investment Trust (KIP REIT) has achieved two significant milestones in its sustainability journey. The group was honoured with the Gold Award in the Governance, Reporting and Transparency (SME/Mid-Tier) category at the ESG Positive Impact Awards 2024.
