UEM Sunrise Bhd via its joint venture with Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd under Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd has officially handed over the completed standalone building at The Beat 2.0, the commercial centre of Kiara Bay township in Kepong, to Harvey Norman Malaysia. Spanning about 43,000 square feet of retail space, this outlet is Harvey Norman’s first standalone, solar powered store in Malaysia and is slated to open in October.
