PARIS: Global Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd (GTA), an independent engine and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider of military and civil engines in the Asia Pacific region, has signed a contract with Europrop International (EPI), an original equipment manufacturer, to reinforce Malaysia’s role in the international aerospace sector and ensure sustained technical support for the Royal Malaysian Air Force’s (RMAF) A400M fleet. Under this agreement, signed at the ongoing Paris Airshow 2025, GTA will continue to support MRO services for the TP400-D6 engines that power the RMAF’s strategic airlift capability. The contract secures the ongoing supply of spare parts and event services, including MRO and supports the operational readiness and reliability of Malaysia’s A400M aircraft. This collaboration builds on GTA’s established relationship with EPI and positions GTA as the only non-European company authorised to supply and deliver TP400-D6 service support to RMAF A400M aircraft to perform Level 1 and Level 2 (on base) maintenance for the TP400-D6 engines.
