At the award recognition was Professor Dr. Abdul Jalil Ghazali, the senior vice president for industry linkages and entrepreneurship; Norizah Mohd Said, vice-president for media and strategic communication; and Siti Amzidalina Ghazali, the director of MSU academy. Science University (MSU) as the Employers’ Choice University for 2025. The National Graduate Employability Index (GE Index), officially launched in 2023, was introduced in 2020. It was created in response to the shifting demands of the modern workforce; the GE Index evaluates graduate employability in Malaysia through comprehensive employer feedback. It provides valuable insights into employer expectations, recruitment trends and the key skills required in today’s highly competitive job market. MSU demonstrates a high level of performance in graduate employability across a diverse range of disciplines, underscoring the strength of its academic programmes and the expertise of its faculties.
